Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened towels within 30 days of receiving your order.  Simply send back to us at the address below, and send us an email and let us know that it is on its way.  Please be sure to include your order number, and the new color you'd like and/or if you'd like a refund.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to us, but we will happily cover shipping back to you for the new item.
